It’s almost Valentine’s Day and chocolates are definitely on the brain on February 14th! We had a chat with our customers, The Urban Chocolatier to see why they love using Loyalzoo to show their regulars some love

1. Hi Ali, can you please tell us a little about your business?

We make the finest luxurious chocolates using high quality fresh ingredients. Our main focus in-stores is as a chocolate lounge and dry bar. People can come with friends and family to enjoy a menu packed full of gourmet desserts, sweet treats, hot and cold drinks and our range of hand made chocolates.

2. What is your role in the business and how did you discover Loyalzoo?

I’m one of the Directors and found out about Loyalzoo when a friend of mine was actually using the loyalty app within his restaurant.

3. In what way has Loyalzoo helped your business?

It’s given customers a chance to keep loyalty points on their phones and not have to carry around a card which can inevitably be lost.

4. Have you tried any other loyalty platform? If so, how does it compare with Loyalzoo?

We haven’t but used to use our own card and stamp system.

5. Would you recommend Loyalzoo to others?

Yes.
