Points and Rewards

Loyalzoo supports loyalty points based programs. Loyalty points are very flexible, and are generally assigned to customers based on spend.

Loyalzoo also supports prime-style loaylty programs, where customers pay a recurring fee to enjoy special benefits. For details, please visit loyalzoo.com/prime.

The Loyalzoo merchant app (the interface you use to see your customer check-ins and give them stamps/points), runs on most touchscreen tills/EPOS terminals, laptop/desktop computers, and on any Apple or Android device (tablet or phone).

You will also need a stable internet connection. We recommend using broadband/WiFi, although a stable 3G connection will work too.

A Loyalzoo subscription:

  • A platform supporting flexible points to implement the program that best suits your business
  • Works for all your customers, whether they have a smartphone or not
  • Includes everything you need to promote your program, including POS material such as stickers and props
  • Lets you and your staff welcome customers by name, and offer a better customer experience
  • Gives you access to monitoring the performance of your loyalty program from your own merchant dashboard
  • Allows you to send special promotions via SMS, email or push notification
  • Requires no contract and no commitment, you can cancel at any time!

Your customers list belongs to you, you can always download it, and you have access to it via your admin area until you have an active merchant account with Loyalzoo.

Customer details, such as their name, photo and contacts, are also yours to use, but are shared with other merchants who transact with the same customer. However the transactional data between you and your customers are yours only.

No data is fed into other third party systems without your consent.

As soon as you have completed the signup form, you will be up and running. You will be able to create your loyalty programs (based on points or stamps) immediately.

Your store will be visible to your customers within the Loyalzoo app as soon as you create your loyalty/rewards program.

Your Loyalzoo loyalty program is the essential part of your rewards scheme, and it is meant to incentivise repeat business. Examples are “buy 8 coffees get one free” and “get 20% off after spending £100”.

Loyalzoo promotions are time limited offers, such as “get 30% off any main course next week Mon to Fri” and “join us for Christmas drinks this Friday at the Jolly Gardener”. Promotions can be set to last up to two weeks, and your customers will be notified via text, email or push notification.

Yes. Just send us a spreadsheet or CSV file with customer details and points balance from your previous loyalty system, and we’ll import the data for you.

For example, a restaurant can run a wine club with a monthly subscription, a hair salon can offer unlimited hair cuts for a fixed monthly fee, a retailer can offer free delivery for a monthly or annual fee, a cafeteria could offer 50% off every time for a weekly subscription, and a car wash can offer unlimited washes for a monthly fee. Subscription programs change consumer behaviour to make sure your business is the default choice when customers purchase. Subscription services suit any business model.

Yes. Just send us a spreadsheet or CSV file with customer details, and we’ll import the data for you. To transfer payment card details, the process is a bit more complex as it needs to follow a PCI-compliant process. Please get in touch for details.

As soon as you have completed the signup form, and setup your payment gateway in the admin dashboard, you will be good to go. You will be able to register members, store payment cards and trigger automated or manual charges immediately.
